I was very nervous about having a blood test because a previous bad experience. I told [name removed] I had low blood pressure and I felt very listened to and in safe hands. I felt light headed after I had blood taken and [name removed] raided the staff kitchen to give me something sweet, she gave me water, kept me distracted by asking about my dog and took my blood pressure three times and even asked me to call in before I left. I felt very cared not rushed and ignored as I usually do when I’ve had to be seen elsewhere. I felt like a person not a patient and was so grateful she went out of her way. Thank you [name removed]!

When I called the clinic for advice on making my appointment I found the lady on the phone to be very rude and sarcastic. I felt like a nuisance for even asking for help and she was very dismissive. This would put me off calling again but other members of staff and nurses were wonderful!

The system where by you now book and arrive. Seems to work better than the free for all you had prior to Covid. The staff now get to interact with patients much more which makes you feel like a person rather than a statistic

You did really well. The staff working when I came were fantastic, from [name removed] at Reception,to [name removed] in the "blood room" I can't spell phlebotomy. And a special thank you to [name removed] the young trainee who performed well under pressure, when trying to take blood

Friendly, professional staff. Clean, orderly facility.

The booking system itself is not user friendly. Finding where and how to book an appointment for the service I received (IUD coil removal) would be very difficult to navigate for someone who does not speak English as a first language, or someone with learning difficulties.

[name removed] was fabulous and talked me through everything I needed to know, answering all my questions. The implant removal was done professionally and I am healing well.

I had tried on several occasions to call reception to book the appointment. Being in full time employment, I struggled to call during to short window that the team is available throughout the day. Setting up an Online account took some unexpected time but we got there in the end.
